Protect yourself and your children by insisting on new single-use syringes, sterilized medical instruments, and safe blood transfusions from licensed healthcare providers. PIMA calls for the strict enforcement of infection control measures, safe medical practices, and stronger regulation of healthcare facilities to prevent further spread of HIV.

PIMA expresses deep concern over reports of obstacles preventing injured and sick individuals from accessing timely medical care in various areas of Azad Kashmir.

Access to healthcare is a fundamental human right recognized under international humanitarian law, Islamic teachings, and universal human values. Even during periods of conflict or unrest, every individual has the right to receive medical treatment without discrimination.

PIMA urges the relevant authorities to ensure immediate, safe, impartial, and unhindered access to healthcare for all those in need, and to protect all individuals seeking medical treatment from arrest, intimidation, or harassment.

Tarbia Session organized by PIMA Lahore was successfully held on 26 July 2026 at Alkhidmat Complex, with the participation of around 60 healthcare professionals.

The session featured an inspiring talk on "Seeing Beyond Dunya" by Mr. Muhammad Ali, who shared valuable knowledge, thought-provoking insights, and practical guidance, encouraging participants to strengthen their spiritual perspective alongside their professional responsibilities. PIMA North Punjab organized a one-day Tarbiah Camp for associate members at Shangrila Resort, Murree, on the theme of Tazkiah-e-Nafs (Self-Purification). The workshop brought together over 60 medical students from various medical colleges for spiritual, moral, and personal development.
