Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that can be prevented with timely screening.

A Pap smear is a simple test that takes only a few minutes and can help detect disease at an early stage.

If you are between 25–65 years of age, talk to your gynecologist about cervical cancer screening.

Take care of your health and help spread awareness among other women. 💜

Ectopic pregnancy = pregnancy outside the uterus
It is not a normal pregnancy and it can be life-threatening if ignored.

If you have:
▪ missed period
▪ positive test
▪ one-sided lower abdominal pain
▪ light bleeding or dizziness

Don’t wait. Get checked immediately.
Early diagnosis can save your life and your future fertility.

Have you ever heard of Ectopic Pregnancy?

A worried mother, countless prayers, and today a smiling, satisfied parent with her healthy baby in my arms.

This is why I love obstetrics.

Postmenopausal bleeding is never normal.

If you’ve stopped having periods for 1 year or more and notice even a single drop of bleeding, it needs evaluation.

It could be something simple like endometrial thinning or vaginal dryness… but it can also be an early sign of uterine (endometrial) cancer.

✅ Early check = early diagnosis
✅ Early diagnosis = highly treatable

Don’t ignore it. Don’t feel shy. Don’t delay.
Your health comes first.

Roza in Pregnancy… Can you fast safely?

Every pregnancy is different, and so is every fast.
If you’re expecting this Ramadan, your baby’s health and your well-being come first.

✔️ Low-risk pregnancy? You may fast with proper hydration, sehri nutrition, and medical guidance.
❌ High-risk pregnancy, anemia, diabetes, reduced movements, or dehydration? Roza can be harmful.

اسلام میں ماں اور بچے کی صحت سب سے پہلے ہے — if fasting affects your health, you have the permission not to fast and make it up later or give fidya.

Listen to your body. Monitor baby movements. Stay hydrated between iftar and sehri.
And always discuss with your gynaecologist before deciding.

A healthy mother = a healthy baby
