Hemorrhoids (Piles) (in Urdu BAWASEER)

Hemorrhoids (Piles) are the collection of tissues n veins that inflamed and swollen. The size of piles varies, they found inside or outside the a**s.

Reason's:

Chronic constipation/ diarrhea/ lifting heavy weights/ pregnancy or straining while passing stool.

Symptoms;

Piles do not always cause pain but an individual with piles may experience;

1. A hard possibly painful lump may felt around a**s.

2. After passing stool, patient may have feeling of bowl is still full.

3. It is not necessary that all piles bleed, but some experience blood oozing from a**s before or after passing stool.

4. Burning and itching may also the symptoms of piles.

Home Treatment;

Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent. Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline may also be externally applying to relief the pain. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.

Small hemorrhoids may clear up without any treatment within a few days. Large, external hemorrhoids may take longer to heal and can cause significant pain and discomfort. If hemorrhoids have not resolved within a few days, it is best to see a doctor for treatment.

A**l Fissure;
A small tear in the thin, moist tissue (mucosa) that lines the a**s. It may extend up to sphincter (a ring of muscles at the end of a**s).
Age;
A**l fissures can occur at any age, but are more common in infants and middle-aged adults.

Symptoms;
• Stinging, burning or stinging burning pain feel during bowl movement, or pain may remain for a long time after passing stool.
• Itching.
• Patient may observe small spot or bright red blood on toilet tissue or a few drops on toilet bowl. Remember a simple, normal or initial fissure’s blood always separate from the stool. If patient observe, blood is mix with stool, it may be a sign of some serious issue, and therefore such conditions should immediately bring to the doctor’s notice.
Major Causes;
A**l fissures may causes by injury or trauma to the a**l ca**l. Injury can happen when:
• Patient passes a large stool.
• Patient is constipating and tries to pass hard stool.
• Patient experiences a repeated diarrhea.
• A woman give birth can be a cause.
• By Cohn’s disease.
• By some foreign object or a**l in*******se.
• Extra/ unusual tension of the muscle ring (sphincter).

Rare causes;
• Crohn's disease or another inflammatory bowel disease
• A**l cancer
• HIV
• Tuberculosis
• Syphilis
Home Treatment;
Try to prevent constipation. By:
• Include fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains in your diet each day.
• Drink plenty of fluids.
• Get some exercise every day.
• Take a fiber supplement, such as Been fiber, Citrucel, or Metamucil, every day.
• Always usse the toilet when you feel the urge. Schedule time each day for a bowel movement. A daily routine may help. Take your time and do not strain when having a bowel movement. Remember do not sit on the toilet too long.
• Try taking stool softeners or laxatives to make bowel movements less painful. Ask your doctor how long you should take laxatives.
• Sit in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water for 20 minutes, 2 or 3 times a day. This called a sitz bath. It soothes the torn tissue and helps relax the internal a**l sphincter. Do not put soaps, salts, or shampoos in the water.
• Use water to clean, if someone used to toilet paper, than instead normal toilet paper use baby wipes or medicated pads, such as Tucks pads or Preparation H wipes, to clean after a bowel movement.
• Do not avoid having bowel movements, this practice will only make constipation worse and keep the fissure open and painful.
Healing Duration;
Short-term (acute) a**l fissure can heal by immune system or by the home treatment within 2 to 6 weeks; pain can be reduce or goes away by using couple of day’s home treatment.
If a fissure lasts, more than 8 to 12 weeks that called chronic fissure and it may required a proper treatment by a doctor.

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a name of bacteria. This bacterium enter in human body and lives in digestive tract, after many years it can produce the ulcers in digestive system, such types of ulcers commonly known as;
• Gastritis- Gastric Ulcer (Within the Stomach)
• Duodenal Ulcers (First Part of Small Intestine)

Initial Symptoms of Corona Virus/ Viruses
Vs
Pollen Allergy/ Hay Fever/ Seasonal Allergies

Eyes;

• Red eyes, Itching and watery eyes, inflamed upper or lower eyelids, bulging with blue op purple beneath the eye may be the same symptoms, appear in pollen/ seasonal allergies and in corona virus (Covid-19).
