Pelvic ureteric junction obstruction common condition effecting the kidney .
It is congenital mostly ( present since birth).
If not treated can leads to loss of kidney function.
Pyeloplasty is the treatment of choice .
However mini pyeloplasty is much better and have many advantages over conventional pyeloplasty with success rate of above 90%.
