Answer of previous post.
16 year old male patient complaining of knee pain.
Mixed density lesion involving distal metadiaphysis of femur with wide zone of transition, sunburst periosteal reaction and associated soft tissue component. Elevation of periosteum can be seen along its lateral aspect (arrow) representing codman's triangle. No pathological fracture.
Diagnosis : Malignant bone tumor 👉 Osteosarcoma.
