Dry cold weather results in skin tightening and dryness and also exacerbate pre-existing eczema. Make sure you moisturise regularly. Sun block when going out is recommended regardless of the weather.

🌿 What is Scabies? 🌿

Scabies is a common skin condition caused by tiny mites that burrow into the skin, leading to intense itching—especially at night—and a rash of small red bumps.

🔸 Common signs:
✔️ Severe itching
✔️ Rash, especially between fingers, wrists, elbows, waist, and buttocks

✅ Good news: Scabies is treatable with prescribed creams or medications.

If you or your loved ones are experiencing symptoms, don’t wait—early treatment helps prevent spread.
