So today we encountered a case in the Emergency Department of an 11 month old baby who ate a pebble. When received he was unresponsive, his lips were cyanosed. At first glance he seemed dead but after an abdominal thrust he began gasping. He was given CPR for 5 to 10 minutes and shifted to ventilatory support.

آج ہمیں ایمرجنسی ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں ایک 11 ماہ کے بچے کے کیس کا سامنا کرنا پڑا جس نے کنکر کھایا تھا۔ موصول ہونے پر وہ جواب نہیں دے رہا تھا، اس کے ہونٹ سیانوز تھے۔ پہلی نظر میں وہ مردہ لگ رہا تھا لیکن بعد میں پیٹ زور سے دبانے کے بعد اسکی سانس کو بحال کیا گیا۔ اسے 5 سے 10 منٹ تک سی پی آر دیا گیا اور وینٹی لیٹر مشین کی سپورٹ پر منتقل کر دیا گیا۔
