Disc bulge, degeneration, herniation—these words can sound scary, but they don’t define your recovery.

Don’t fear movement. Get properly assessed and know what your body actually needs. 🩺✨

Your pain may be gone, but that doesn’t necessarily mean your recovery is complete. Some problems, such as weakness or poor movement patterns, can still remain and may cause the pain to return later.

That’s why follow-up sessions are important. They help your physiotherapist check your progress and guide you through the remaining stages of recovery.

Pain relief is the first step. Complete recovery takes time and proper follow-up. đź’Ş

Knee pain can have many causes, sometimes it’s the kneecap, a tendon, meniscus, muscle weakness, poor movement mechanics, or simply putting more load on your knees than they’re ready for.

Even if your X-ray shows a reduced or a normal joint space, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the reason behind your pain.

Your pain needs to be assessed properly.

Don’t keep guessing the cause or treating the X-ray.

Subah uthte hi back pain hota hai… din bhar kaam karte karte bhi rehta hai… aur raat ko phir pain ke saath so jaati hoon.

Ladies, if this sounds like you, please don’t just accept it as “normal.”

We often get so used to pain that we stop questioning it. We adjust our routine, avoid certain movements, and keep going because there’s always something else that needs our attention.

If pain keeps coming back or is affecting the way you move and do your daily activities, it’s worth finding out why it’s happening.

Don’t just manage the pain. Get it assessed and seek the right guidance.

30s mein knee pain? Itni jaldi? đź‘€

It’s not always “age.” Sometimes, it’s the way you move, sit, exercise, or your daily routines.

For women, some factors that may contribute include:

• Weak thigh & hip muscles — especially when you are not doing regular strength training
• Long sitting hours — especially with little movement throughout the day
• Sitting with legs crossed for long periods or staying in one position
• Poor movement mechanics — like your knees moving inward during squats, stairs or getting up from a chair
• Females biomechanics — including differences in pelvic and hip anatomy that can influence how the knee moves
• Suddenly starting workouts or doing too much too soon
• Previous knee injuries that were never properly addressed
• Weight changes that increase the load on your knees
• Being on your feet all day — especially with repetitive household or work activities

So before saying “I’m getting older, that’s why my knees hurt,” pause and ask:

Could my daily habits, strength or movement be playing a role?
