Aadhar Foundation Pakistan, in collaboration with the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), successfully organized a comprehensive Community Health Awareness & Disease Prevention Program at Dhabeji Market, Thatta.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals—SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education)—our mission remains clear: to empower communities with the vital knowledge required for early disease detection and prevention.
Moreover, during the campaign, awareness sessions were conducted on the importance of proper hand washing and personal hygiene to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. In addition, special guidance was provided regarding heat wave precautions, including preventive measures to protect individuals from dehydration and heat-related illnesses during extreme weather conditions.
As part of the initiative, ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) sachets were distributed among members of the public to encourage hydration and support community health and safety.
Through such initiatives, Aadhar Foundation Pakistan remains committed to creating awareness, empowering communities through health education, and contributing towards a healthier and safer society for all.
