Empowering Mothers, Strengthening Families!
We had an incredibly insightful and heartfelt session with mothers in collaboration with our partner RLCC. The topic, “How to Become a Good Parent”, opened meaningful conversations, practical reflections, and powerful learning moments.
Our Director Ms. Mishal Ashraf and Ms. Sana Farooque from RLCC beautifully led the session—guiding mothers on nurturing healthy communication, setting boundaries with love, and building a positive home environment.
The energy, engagement, and honest sharing made this session truly impactful. Together, we continue to support families in creating emotionally safe and thriving homes.

Free Mental Health Camp at New Horizons Care Center!

On Friday, Bawaqar Zindagi in collaboration with New Horizons Care Center organized a Free Mental Health Camp, dedicated to promoting mental wellness, recovery, and accessibility for all.

The camp featured a range of free mental health services, including:
Family psychoeducation sessions with the families of individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs)
Mental health screening and assessments
Psychiatric consultations
Free medication distribution

All services were also open to the local community, ensuring that everyone had access to quality mental health support, guidance, and care.

Together, we continue to build a community where mental health care is accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free.

On 28th October 2025, Bawaqar Zindagi in collaboration with New Horizons Care Center successfully organized a Free Mental Health Camp, dedicated to promoting mental wellness and accessibility for all.

The camp offered a variety of free mental health services, including:
Group and individual therapy sessions with clients at the drug rehabilitation center
Mental health screening and assessments
Psychiatric consultations
Free medication distribution

All services were open for the local community, ensuring that individuals in the surrounding area also had access to quality mental health care and support.

We continue our mission to make mental health care accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free — for every individual and every community.
