Multiple well defined soft tissue density lesions are seen within the subcutaneous tissues of left foot, with slow filling on delayed images, suggestive of slow flow vascular malformations. Largest in left plantar region measures 45 × 34 mm. Similar ill-defined areas of increased vascularity with slow filling are seen within medial head of left gastrocnemius muscle, left soleus muscle, left vastus lateralis and gluteal muscles.
