آج BTK Yoga Club Murree View Point, Bahria Town Karachi میں معروف ٹرینر اُستاد جاوید صاحب کی زیرِ نگرانی ایک شاندار اور پُرجوش یوگا سیشن منعقد ہوا۔

شرکاء نے جسمانی صحت، ذہنی سکون، مثبت توانائی اور متوازن طرزِ زندگی کے لیے مختلف یوگا مشقوں میں بھرپور حصہ لیا۔ قدرتی ماحول اور خوشگوار فضا میں یوگا کی سرگرمی نے تمام شرکاء کو تازگی، اعتماد اور نئی توانائی فراہم کی۔

✨ Best Moments at Dinner – M9 Grill Restaurant, Mehar ✨
A beautiful and memorable evening spent at M9 Grill Restaurant Mehar, in the great company of Sain Noor Nabi Khooharo Sahib and Sayed Baqa Muhammad Shah Sahib.
Their presence added grace, respect, and warmth to the gathering.
