PIMA Islamabad Women Branch organized a one-day seminar on “Contemporary Issues in Reproductive Health Practice – Islamic Perspective” on October 26, 2025, at Alkhidmat Razi Hospital, Islamabad.

Mufti Muhammad Faeq delivered a thematic talk.
Dr. Shumaila Sharif spoke on “Contraception and Elective Termination: A Pragmatic Approach in Our Muslim Society,” and Dr. Naveed Mufti discussed “Assisted Reproductive Techniques: Latest Developments and Limitations.”

The session concluded with a Q&A moderated by Dr. Maryam Bhatti, attended by around 35 consultants, gynecologists, and family physicians.
