🌙 رات کے وقت دیکھنے میں دشواری؟

یہ نائٹ بلائنڈنس (رات کا اندھا پن) ہو سکتا ہے۔

نائٹ بلائنڈنس ایک ایسی کیفیت ہے جس میں کم روشنی یا رات کے وقت واضح نظر آنے میں مشکل پیش آتی ہے۔
یہ مسئلہ وٹامن اے کی کمی، موتیا، ریٹینا کے مسائل یا آنکھوں کی بعض بیماریوں کی وجہ سے ہو سکتا ہے۔

⚠️ عام علامات:
• رات میں گاڑی چلاتے وقت مشکل
• اندھیرے میں دھندلا نظر آنا
• کم روشنی میں چیزیں واضح نہ دکھائی دینا

✅ وٹامن اے کی کمی کا علاج
✅ مناسب چشمہ یا لینس
✅ بنیادی آنکھوں کی بیماری کا علاج

👁️ اوکیولر مائیگرین کیا ہے؟

اوکیولر مائیگرین ایک ایسی کیفیت ہے جس میں کچھ دیر کے لیے نظر متاثر ہو سکتی ہے۔
اس دوران مریض کو چمکتی ہوئی روشنی، دھندلا پن، زِگ زیگ لائنیں یا نظر میں عارضی کمی محسوس ہو سکتی ہے۔

⚠️ عام علامات:
• آنکھوں کے سامنے چمکدار روشنی
• زِگ زیگ یا لہردار لائنیں
• دھندلا یا جزوی نظر آنا
• سر درد کے ساتھ یا بغیر بصری مسئلہ

🩺 ممکنہ وجوہات:
• ذہنی دباؤ (Stress)
• نیند کی کمی
• تیز روشنی یا اسکرین کا زیادہ استعمال
• ہارمونی تبدیلیاں
• کچھ مخصوص غذائیں یا کیفین
• مائیگرین کی ہسٹری

⏳ یہ علامات عموماً چند منٹ سے ایک گھنٹے تک رہتی ہیں۔

✅ اگر یہ علامات بار بار ہوں یا اچانک شدید ہوں تو فوری طور پر ماہرِ چشم سے رجوع کریں۔

پٹوسس ایک ایسی حالت ہے جس میں اوپری پلک معمول سے زیادہ نیچے آ جاتی ہے۔

ریٹینا آنکھ کا وہ حصہ ہے جو روشنی کو محسوس کرکے دماغ تک تصویر پہنچاتا ہے۔
اگر ریٹینا اپنی جگہ سے الگ ہو جائے تو بینائی متاثر ہو سکتی ہے اور فوری علاج نہ ہونے پر مستقل نقصان بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔

Excessive heat, dust, and UV exposure can lead to:
❌ Dry eyes
❌ Redness & irritation
