It was a pleasure to attend the Certificate Distribution Ceremony for Batches 01, 02, 03 and 04 of the Pre-Clinical Excellence Program, held on 4th October 2026 at NRQ Dental & Medical Center and to spend some time speaking with the students

The program covered history taking and examination, record keeping, disinfection and sterilisation, an intraoral scanner demo, and hands-on cavity preparation and filling on typodonts. It also gave students real exposure to the clinical setting, one of the main career pathways ahead of them as dentists

Congratulations to all our students. Watching this group ask questions and engage the way they did was the best part

الحمد لله

It is a moment of deep gratitude for me to have been conferred the Honorary Fellowship (FCPS) in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery by the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan at the 59th Convocation in Hyderabad.

My sincere thanks to the President and the Council of CPSP for this honour. CPSP has shaped generations of surgeons and physicians in this country, and to be recognised by an institution of that standing is humbling.

This fellowship belongs as much to my teachers, my colleagues, and every patient who placed their trust in me over the years. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Pakistan has come a long way, and my hope is that this recognition encourages the young surgeons coming up behind us to pursue the field with the seriousness it deserves.

Grateful to Allah, My family and to everyone who has been part of this journey.
