PATIENT FIRST | Quality Care with a Smile
Mamji Hospital’s Quality & Patient Safety Department successfully conducted a “Patient First” Workshop focused on quality patient service, effective communication, and patient-centred care.
Aligned with World Patient Safety Day 2026, the session highlighted the importance of safe care for patients living with noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) and keeping the patient at the centre of every care decision.
