Recent statistics show that 1 out of every 4 individuals in Karachi is living with diabetes, making it one of the most serious and rapidly growing health concerns in our community.

At Fee Sabilillah Health Care (FHC), we are committed to supporting underprivileged patients by providing FREE diabetes medicines, proper diagnosis, and structured follow-up treatment plans. A key part of our care is patient counselling for lifestyle management, which is often overlooked in commercial medical settings where consultations may be limited to quick prescriptions.

Landhi Vocational Center

Located at Old Muzaffarabad Colony, Landhi #22, Taleem-e-Balighan was initiated as a compassionate effort to support women suffering from depression caused by poverty and difficult life circumstances.

Within just two years, this initiative has evolved into a fully functioning Vocational Center, providing underprivileged women with opportunities to learn valuable skills and support their families with dignity.

Over the years, hundreds of students from different age groups have graduated from this center. Along with basic education, they receive practical training in stitching and embroidery, as well as religious education including Quran Pak Nazra, Tajweed, and translation in their local language.

This Ramadan, you can help us continue spreading knowledge and empowering women by supporting this initiative through your Zakat and Sadaqah.
