Difficult case with curved apical third of canals that were tough to negotiate, and also the fact that the molar was tilted made the case even more challengingbut done perfectly, Allhomdullah

Tooth was diagnosed with Necrotic pulp with Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis

Pre-endo. distal wall build up done before initiating RCT was done.

Root Canal Treatment was completed in 2 visits with intra- canal medicament placed in between the visits for 2 weeks.
