📢 We’re Hiring – Full-Time Surgical Counsellor & Workflow Manager (Ophthalmology Department)
📍 Location: University of Lahore Teaching Hospital (ULTH)
👩⚕️ Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD), Ophthalmology

💰 Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Join our Ophthalmology Department to make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role is key to guiding patients through the surgical decision-making process, improving surgical conversion rates, and ensuring efficient patient flow for both paying and charity streams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-surgical counselling sessions, helping patients make informed decisions.
Monitor and manage smooth patient workflows from OPD to surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons, administrative, and clinical teams for efficient service delivery.
Track surgical conversion rates, patient feedback, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Social Work, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in hospital counselling (surgical/ophthalmic preferred).
Strong coordination, multitasking, and patient-centered communication skills.
Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures (training provided).
