Radical Nephrectomy Performed at Department of Urology, Lahore General Hospital
A 60-year-old female patient from Lahore presented with a history of hematuria and radiological findings revealing an exophytic upper pole left renal mass (60 × 54 mm), with thrombus formation extending into the main renal vein and development of multiple collateral channels.
After comprehensive evaluation, including MRI confirmation, the patient underwent successful Left Radical Nephrectomy at the Department of Urology, Lahore General Hospital. Intraoperatively, the renal vein thrombus and associated vascular involvement were meticulously managed.
The patient is recovering well in the postoperative period.
