Kinesio Taping Technique for multiple purposes:

Black_Fan_strips: This is a lymphatic/space correction technique. The multiple tails are used to reduce swelling/edema and improve fluid drainage around the shoulder joint.
-
Brown_Y_strip: This is for muscle support & stability. It is commonly used over deltoid or rotator cuff muscles to give proprioceptive feedback and support without restricting motion.
Red_anchors: At top and bottom, these just hold the ends down so the tape doesn’t peel off.

Uses:
- Shoulder impingement / rotator cuff pain.
- Post-injury swelling.
- Posture & joint stability during rehab phase.
- Pain relief by lifting skin slightly to reduce pressure on nerves.
