Germany Meets COTHM Pakistan: A Focus on Food Safety and Quality

Lahore, Pakistan: COTHM Pakistan had the honour of hosting Her Excellency Ina Lepel, Ambassador of Germany to Pakistan, during a significant visit that highlighted the importance of food safety, quality assurance, and professional standards in Pakistan’s food industry.

As part of the visit, Her Excellency was introduced to COTHM Pakistan’s Food Safety Laboratory, where the institution’s efforts towards promoting food safety practices, quality control, laboratory testing, and professional capacity building were highlighted.

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the growing importance of internationally aligned food safety standards and the role of skilled professionals in ensuring safe and quality food for consumers.
