2. Avoid Negative thoughts : keep positive company, Get around positive people, Read a great books, Take some time to meditate and Don't expect perfection Nobody is perfect, Just Love Yourself
3. Write down your positive thoughts : Its a process to take out from negativity and anxiety. Its just for your relaxation to your mind.
