🌟 Career Opportunity: Nursing In-Charge / Matron 🌟

Farooq Hospital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Nursing In-Charge / Matron to lead, supervise and ensure high-quality nursing services across the hospital, in line with hospital policies and Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) standards.

Requirements:
🎓 BS Nursing / Post-RN BSN or equivalent recognized qualification
📋 Valid PNMC registration
💼 At least 5 years of experience in an In-Charge role in a reputable hospital, preferably tertiary-care or teaching
🧠 Sound knowledge of PHC protocols, nursing administration and infection prevention
🤝 Strong leadership, communication and staff-management skills
🎂 Maximum age: 45 years
