How do you actually test a hockey player's fitness?
Fitness testing helps athletes and coaches understand performance beyond just "looking fit."
For this hockey testing session:
- 10 m Sprint
- Broad Jump
- Push Ups
- Planks
- 30 m Sprint
- Modified T-Test
- 6 x 40 m Repeated Shuttle Sprint
- Broncho Test

Test → Analyse → Train → Retest + Progress

Want to know your current fitness & performance profile?
DM me "TEST" to book an athlete fitness testing session.

Live From CM PUNJAB KABADDI CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 LAHORE

Just out there doing my job… and suddenly I’m on screen. 📺🏑

One of those little moments you don’t plan for.

My first on-screen TV cameo while doing what I genuinely love working pitch-side as a Sports Physiotherapist.

No big production.
No planned appearance.
Just doing the work. 🤍

Grateful for every opportunity that puts me closer to the sport, the athletes, and the profession I chose.

More than a title this is the work I want to keep doing.

Here’s to many more moments on the field and maybe on screen too. 😉

What kind of physiotherapist do you want to become?

Sports. Ortho. Neuro. Pediatric. Geriatric.

Choosing your specialty matters but I don't think it defines the kind of clinician you become.

For me, the goal is to become a physiotherapist who is:

Polite

Compassionate

Relatable

Curious

Intentional

Always learning

Especially in sports physiotherapy, technical knowledge is only one part of the job.

You also work with people who have goals, frustrations, fears, pressure, and sometimes a long road back to the sport they love.

So yes, I want to become a better sports physiotherapist.

But more importantly, I want to become the kind of physiotherapist athletes can trust.

Still learning. Still improving. Still becoming.

What is one quality you think every great physiotherapist should have?

You may be ruining your athleticism if you're doing these 3 things

1. Training like a bodybuilder, not an athlete

Too much machine work and slow lifts can build size but kill speed, explosiveness, and movement quality.

2. Ignoring sprinting, jumping, and real power work

If you're not training speed, acceleration, and force production, you're literally becoming less athletic even if you're getting stronger.

3. Recovering like it doesn't matter

Bad sleep, poor nutrition, and constant fatigue destroy performance, reaction time, mobility, and progress faster than most athletes realise.

Physiotherapy is a lot more than exercises and rehab plans.

Sometimes patients come in with pain. Sometimes they come in carrying the weight of an entire week, month, or even year.

Somehow, between the assessments, rehab, and glute bridges, you end up becoming part physiotherapist, part coach, and part therapist. 😂

Tag a physio who can relate.

NO ONE PREPARES YOU FOR THIS IN PHYSIO SCHOOL

1. Stop thinking your degree alone will save you.

2. Learn how to speak confidently with patients, doctors and athletes.

3. Build a personal brand before the market gets overcrowded.

4. Learn money management early instead of figuring it out at 30.

5. Become known for one thing instead of being average at everything.

6. Start posting content even if nobody watches initially.

7. Understand marketing because being skilled in silence doesn't pay well anymore.

8. Focus more on practical skills than just collecting certificates.

9. Learn how to use Al before Al replaces parts of your workflow.

10. Build strong networks opportunities move through people.

11. Look and act professional. People judge faster than you think.

12. Understand this clearly: being a good clinician alone may not be enough anymore.

Most cricketers warm up to avoid injury.

The best cricketers warm up to improve performance.

If your warm-up is mostly static stretching, you may be reducing the explosiveness, speed, and power needed on the field.

Instead, prioritize dynamic mobility and movement-based drills that prepare your body for the demands of cricket.

Comment "WARM UP" and I'll send you my advanced cricket warm-up routine.

Daily Reminder: Dedication doesn't need approval. 🤜🤛

When you're committed to your health, recovery, and peak performance, not everyone will understand the discipline it takes. People will always watch your journey—some hoping you fail, others inspired to follow.

Focus on the goals, master the movement, and stay locked in. Your only real competition is who you were yesterday.

Why do standard rehab protocols sometimes fail? Because they stop where the pain is. ❌

An elite athlete's programming shouldn't just focus on moving heavy weight; it needs to focus on neuromuscular control and structural balance.

This crousel explains why a weak hip leads to a knee collapse, or a weak scapula overloads the shoulder. Pain is just the smoke. The underlying muscle weakness or dysfunction is the fire.

Train smart, recover right, and keep playing at your absolute peak.
