⚠️ Public Health Advisory: Acute Gastroenteritis (Diarrhea & Vomiting) Cases on the Rise

We are currently seeing an increased number of children and adults affected by acute gastroenteritis, presenting with diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and fever.

✅ Drink plenty of clean fluids and ORS to prevent dehydration.
✅ Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
✅ Avoid unhygienic food, contaminated water, and street food.
✅ Ensure children continue breastfeeding and maintain adequate fluid intake.

Seek medical attention immediately if there is:
🔴 Persistent vomiting
🔴 Blood in stool
🔴 Reduced urine output
🔴 Excessive sleepiness or lethargy
🔴 Signs of dehydration

Early treatment and proper hydration can prevent serious complications.
