Forman Psychological Services Center-FPSC Welcome to Forman Psychological Services Center (FPSC) -TSA: Addressing Mental Health, Healing Lives

FPSC is an outpatient psychological, emotional, and behavioral health center, established in 2023 by the Department of Psychology (FCCU). FPSC provides confidential services, such as individual, group, and family counseling. Here psychological assessments and training in crisis intervention are also provided. we are closely connected with other professionals in the community so that we can refer clients to them if needed.

On World Su***de Prevention Day, Forman Psychological Services Center, A Project of Dept of Psychology (Faculty of Social Sceinces) invites everyone to pause, check in, listen without judgment, and create spaces where people feel safe to speak about what they are going through.
Sometimes, a simple “How are you really doing?” can open the door to hope. A listening ear, a kind word, or encouraging someone to seek professional support can make a meaningful difference.

Let’s come together to build a culture of compassion, connection, and care—where asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

On 2nd December 2025, Forman Psychological Services Center (FPSC) conducted an informative Mental Hygiene Seminar at the TSA Girls Hostel, facilitated by Ms. Mahnoor Munawar, Clinical Psychologist.

The session focused on promoting psychological well-being through practical strategies, emphasizing early identification of stress, healthy emotional regulation, and the importance of consistent self-care practices for maintaining mental health.
