Government of the Punjab has set up the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) to introduce a regime of clinical governance in the province. The provincial Assembly enacted the Punjab Healthcare Commission Act in July 2010 to ensure delivery of quality health services in private as well as public sectors. PHC is expected to yield high impact results in the health sector including establishment of a sy

stem of robust, rules-based regulation of public & private healthcare sectors, standardization of services, accountability of service failures and matters of alleged medical negligence, leading to a system of accreditation in the health sector.

حفاظتی تدابیر پر عمل کریں، آلات کا صحیح استعمال کریں، اور حفاظتی اصولوں کی کسی بھی خلاف ورزی یا جراثیم سے متاثر ہونے کی صورت میں فوری رپورٹ کریں۔
اپنے مجاز BSL سے باہر کام نہ کریں، اور جراثیم زدہ یا خطرناک مواد کو مناسب حفاظتی انتظامات کے بغیر منتقل یا تلف نہ کریں۔

Never work outside your authorised BSL or transport or dispose of infectious and hazardous materials without proper containment.

The Punjab Healthcare Commission is organising a two-day training on Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) for category-II B & C hospitals, to be held in Sargodha.

🗓️ Tentative Dates: 10th–11th September 2026
⏰ Time: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM
📍 Venue: Sargodha (to be confirmed)
💳 Training Fee: PKR 15,000 per participant
🖥️ Mode: In-Person

This training aims to strengthen regulatory compliance, promote effective Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices, and enhance the overall quality of healthcare service delivery across category-II B & C hospitals.

Fraud Alert! Beware of fake de-sealing letters

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) has become aware of fraudulent activities involving fake de-sealing letters.

De-sealing of any premises sealed by the PHC can only take place following a decision by the authorised committee and in accordance with the Commission’s prescribed procedure.

Always confirm the authenticity of any de-sealing letter or communication claiming to be issued by the PHC.
