Today a friendly series of cricket was played between Bajwa-11 and Sukhera-11 at wapda sports complex. Bajwa-11 won the series 2-1 due to splendid batting of Dr. Adnan Butt and excellent spells of Dr. Jawad Shah. Sportsman spirit of Dr. Abdulghaffar needs special mention here. All in all it was an enjoyable activity. Thanks to all the organizers. We are hopeful that such activities will be arranged more often now onwards.

First ever laparoscopic mesh hernioplasty for congenital diaphragmatic hernia in the history of LGH by my mentor proff afsar Ali bhatti and Dr Saeed mehmood.......15yr old boy presented with history of upper GI obstruction....hernial contents having stomach,spleen,tail of pancrease and splenic flexture of transverse colon..great work by team surgical unit 2.....
