Did You Know?
Your brain can create false memories.

Psychologists have discovered that memory doesn't work like a video recording. Every time you remember an event, your brain reconstructs it. During this process, small details can change without you even realizing it.
This is why two people can honestly remember the same event differently—and both genuinely believe they are correct.
Question for you: Have you ever been completely certain about a memory, only to later discover it happened differently?

🌱 Healing Doesn't Always Look Like Progress

Many people think healing means always feeling happy, calm, and positive.

The truth is different.

• Choosing not to react immediately.
• Asking for help when you need it.
• Taking a break without feeling guilty.
• Setting healthy boundaries.
• Trying again after a difficult day.

Healing is not a straight line. Some days you'll move forward, and some days you'll feel like you've taken a step back. Both are part of the journey.

Be patient with yourself. Every small step counts, and every effort you make is a sign of strength—not weakness.

💚 Remember: You don't have to be perfect to make progress.

Hope can do wonders

In a famous 1950s Johns Hopkins study, rats placed in water gave up swimming after about 15 minutes. But when researchers briefly rescued them and put them back in, knowing there was hope of rescue, the rats swam for over 60 hours!

Hope vastly increases endurance.
