Mental health is important in Islam. Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear, and every hardship a believer faces is known to Him. If your heart feels heavy, don’t distance yourself from Allah, turn to Him with sincere du’a, prayer, and the Qur’an. Alongside this, there is no shame in seeking support from trusted family, righteous friends, or qualified professionals when needed. Islam encourages us to take the means while placing our trust in Allah. No pain goes unnoticed by Him, and every moment of patience is rewarded. May Allah grant every heart tranquility, remove anxiety and sorrow, and fill our hearts with faith, hope, and contentment. 💕

I pray you get a “tadaaaaa” from Allah this week… where a situation you thought was stuck suddenly moves.

Sadness is part of life, but it is never hidden from Allah. Even when your heart feels heavy, He knows what you are going through. Keep turning to Him, even in silence, because no tear and no feeling is ignored by your Lord. Relief may be delayed, but it is never denied for the one who keeps returning.

Say Astaghfirullah 1000 times a day and watch your lives change forever.

When there is delay in your life, it does not mean you are forgotten. It means things are being placed with wisdom you cannot yet see. You may want answers now, relief now, or change now, but Allah knows the timing that protects you from what you cannot handle yet and prepares you for what you are still becoming.

You will find your person. The one who Allah has written for you. Whilst you wait, do not forget Him for a second. Do not doubt His plan for you. He is Ar-Razzaq, The Provider and He will provide you with what you do not expect. In the midst of your patience, remember you are right where Allah wants you to be. Give time to yourself and focus on being a better you in His eyes. There is a time for everything and Allah’s timing is the best. No matter how difficult it may seem, let your heart find peace in the remembrance of Him. Ask Him for guidance and for all that your heart wants. You will find your person. And they will find you. Believe that Allah and He will. will answer your Dua’s.

Sometimes the heaviness you feel isn’t because your life is falling apart, but because your heart is slowly drifting away from the One who gives it peace. You go through your days doing everything you’re supposed to do talking, working, scrolling, even laughing but deep down there’s a quiet emptiness that nothing seems to fill. And the truth is, that space in your heart was never meant for this dunya; it was meant for Allah. He tells us, “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest” (Qur’an 13:28), reminding us that real peace was never going to come from people, achievements, or distractions, no matter how much we chase them. What’s beautiful is that returning to Allah doesn’t require you to be perfect or to have everything figured out. It doesn’t start with big changes, it starts with sincerity. A small du‘a, a moment of honesty, a quiet “Ya Allah, I need You” can be enough to begin. 🤍

An extremely powerful dua.

‎Dua of Yunus (A.S) repenting to Allah in the belly of the whale:

‎لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين

‎”Laa ilaaha illaa anta, Sub-haanaka, innee kuntu min al-dhaalimeen”

‎“There is none worthy of worship except You. You are pure. Verily I am amongst the oppressors.” [21:87]

‎The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said about the Invocation of Yunus “None who is experiencing difficulty employs it except that Allah would relieve him of his difficulty.” [At-Tirmidhi]

May Allah bless those who are single with righteous spouses who bring peace to their hearts and homes.
And may He fill the homes of those already married with His love, patience, and barakah, making their bond a source of strength for their faith.
Ameen.

The last 10 days are here. It’s time for more Sujoods, more Surahs and more Istighfar. Leave the Dunya behind as much as you can and turn to Allah with your entire heart. Start making Dua that Allah makes you from those who reap the benefits of Laylatul Qadr. Many say, “allow me to reach that night” But reaching is not enough, it is about making full use of it. Recite Surah Ikhlas 3 times, pray Tahajjud every night, read Quran, give charity, do lots of dhikr, ask for forgiveness and make lots of Dua. So if it falls on Laylatul Qadr it’s as if you did it for 83 years.
