E X I S T E N C E
I live today. What is there beyond? A question we all will answer
I used to ponder over these questions for hours in the afternoons other children spent playing. I'd read books, watch documentaries and ponder over what makes our world the way it is, why we are here and where we are going. That was my childhood.

Fables of Aesop: The Old Man and Death
I first heard this story when I played God of War Ragnarök (2022)
As of now, I can count multiple instances this story has given me strength to bear trying times and overcome odds. Simply put, ask yourself if you truly feel overcome. The strength to keep moving forward is never easy to access but is always there, for some in purpose, for others, an ideal. To remind yourself of this, is paramount to living.
This tale has been my source of strength, a reminder that outside of some truly despair filled instances, your mind is your own, your heart is your own, and you can still choose to take the truth-lined road no matter how exhausted you are or how taxing that path may be.

RESIDENT EVIL REQUIEM
A fantastic main line entry for the resident evil series. With excellent revival and simultaneous renewal of the two protagonists model, that made me feel like I was slipping into a warm bath after a cold shower and back again with the varied styles of combat and puzzle solving.
A story offering more nostalgia than any in the series. A relatively short campaign, probably owing to Capcom's internal debate that ended in the scrapping of Live Service components (Thank God!!!) delaying assets to help develop the title, nonetheless looking forward to the multiple difficulty options, New Game Plus, eventual DLC and further updates on future remakes and mainline titles from the one company that's kept steadfast on quality thanks to it's engine, and commitment to quality

Medicines and Surgeries are never as simple as helpful or harmful, for those who have a black and white view on such topics. Everything a good doctor learns teaches him/her the benefits and potential risks of a treatment or preventive pathway.

R E S O L V E
Your strength isn't a constant, it is altered by a plethora of factors outside and within. Your resolve isn't just how powerful you can be all the time. It is how many times you can get back up after falling. Reclaiming that resilience isn't always a miraculous process during great feats, it can happen in any spontaneous moment of pondering.

PRE-OP ANXIOLYSIS IN PEDIATRIC SURGERY PATIENTS
The practice of calming children down as much as possible to ensure more positive outcomes and reduction of perioperative risks such as compromised IV lines or potential physical injuries.
Pharmacological Interventions such as Midazolam are useful, but the social approach by simply being friendly to the tiny humans, distracting them and showing them a caring hand as their parents would can have efficacious results as we've seen. Of course it depends on the child also, seperation anxiety can be excessively pronounced in some children, but like any other aspect of medicine, where prudent, the conservative approach should be favoured.

The procedure is used most commonly for decompression of an obstructed upper urinary tract. For myself, it meant (in the order for the posts)
1, 4. Functioning as Master of Ceremony alongside my own case presentation
2, 3. Managing the Conference as the consultants gave their key note talks and performed Surgery live from our Operation Theatre
5. Assisting the Surgeries while the Live Broadcast was displaying
6. Backroom management to make sure what we announce is cross checked
7. A Well Deserved Break after Three long days of Work
8. A moment of levity with the department
