We are pleased to share the successful delivery of a healthy male baby weighing 3.5 kg through Cesarean Section in a high-risk pregnancy.
The patient was Gravida 3, with a history of: • One previous miscarriage
• One previous Cesarean Section
• Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)
Given her high-risk status, the pregnancy required close antenatal surveillance and multidisciplinary care. Her Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) was carefully monitored and managed by Dr. Rizwan Farooq (Consultant Family Medicine & Early Diagnosis Specialist) throughout the pregnancy, ensuring optimal maternal and fetal health.
After careful planning and monitoring, a successful Cesarean Section was performed, resulting in the birth of a healthy baby boy weighing 3.5 kg. Both mother and baby are doing well.
