15 year old female presented with history of discharge from Right ear , headache, Fits and vomitings. CT scan brain shows Right temporoparital abscess and sclerosis of right mastoid bone. Bur hole aspiration done. 30 ml pus aspirated and sent for CS .Alhamadulillah patient is fine .

40 year old male presented with history of swelling at scalp for 4 months, CT scan brain shows left parietal SOL invading bone and compressing brain parenchyma. Patient operated under GA, total excision of brain SOL done. Biopsy show high grade squamous cell carcinoma. After biopsy patient sent to oncologist for chemoradiotherapy. Alhamadulillah patient is fine

25 days old baby presented with enlarge head at Sindh medical centre larkana, CT scan brain shows dilated ventricles, CSF DR is normal. Diagnosis: congenital obstructive hydrocephalous.VP shunt inserted on right side. Alhamdulillah patient is fine.

50 year old male presented with history of backache radiating to right lower limb since 5 month, On examination SLR 70 on right side, power 4/5 in S1 muscle groups on right side. Right ankle reflex absent. MRI lumbosacral spine shows PID at L5- S1 on right side.
Fenestration done at L5-S1, pr*****ed disc removed. Wound closed in layers. Alhamadulillah patient is fine.

1 month old baby presented with swelling at lumbosacral region.Power is normal in both lower limbs. MRI dorsolumbosacral spine shows low lying cord attached with lipomatous tissue. Diagnosis: lipomyelomeningocele. Detethering of spinal cord done from lipomatous tissue.

6 year old male presented with MVA; complaining of headache, vomiting and fever. CT scan brain shows depressed bone fragments at vertex .diagnosis: compound depressed fracture as Skin is open. Surgery done under GA; previous stitches removed, wound washed with hydrogen peroxide,pyodine and normal saline, debridment done and bone pieces removed. Duroplaty performed. Wound closed in layers. Alhamadulillah patient is fine with no neuro deficit.

14 year old male prented with MVA. Complaining of headache, vomitings and vertigo. on Examination GCS 15/15, CT scan brain shows : Rt posterior fossa EDH, Rt occipital EDH, and Rt parietal EDH. 3 Small bur hole evacuation of EDH done at posterior fossa, Rt Occipital and rt parietal region. Alhamdulillah patient is fine with no neuro deficit.

7 year old boy presented with swelling at rt side of face since 4 month,that increased progressively not responding to antibiotics. CT scan brain shows subgaleal collection , patient operated; thick Pus aspirated and sent for C/S. C/S negative. Alhamadulillah patient is fine and discharged on antibiotics.
