A man came to clinic with a history of severe pain in his mandibular 2nd premolar. Upon history it was noticed that he had done filling from some quack. Upon clinical examination it was observed that the canals were open and visible due to which patient had severe pain. The patient demanded extraction and extraction was done. A 17 year old boy came to clinic with a complaint of broken tooth and wanted to clean his teeth. Oral examination showed mesioden with fluorosis on teeth. The patient didnt wanted to extract the mesioden. First scaling was done for the patient, followed by composite buildup on central incisor, followed by polishing. Patient went with full satisfaction.
