47 Years old Female ,known case of Bronchial asthma ,Presented with History of Right sided chest pain,cough and shortness of breath for 2 weeks .Bronchoscopy was done which showed mucus plug completely obstructing right upper lobe bronchus .Suctioning was done with partial opening of right upper lobe bronchus and patient was advised mucolytic agents .After 2 weeks of follow up ,chest X Ray PA view was done which showed clear lung fields

Alhamdulillah Pleursocopy done for undiagnosed recurrent pleural effusion.
68 years old 35 pack years smoker presented with History of Recurrent pleural effusion .Pleural Effusion was lymphocytic exudative with normal ADA Level.
Pleuroscopy was done and 1500ml hemorrhagic fluid was drained .Parietal pleural was hperamic,roughned and mutiple nodules were present .Biopsies were taken and sent for Histopathology and IHC
