جگر کا نقصان خاموشی سے شروع ہوتا ہے چربی جمع ہونے سے، اور اگر علاج نہ کیا جائے تو جان لیوا بن جاتا ہے۔

یہ ہیں جگر کے نقصان کے مراحل 👇

جگر کا نقصان ایک دن میں نہیں ہوتا، یہ ایک خاموش اور بتدریج بڑھنے والی بیماری ہے جو اکثر اُس وقت تک ظاہر نہیں ہوتی جب تک کہ صورتحال خطرناک نہ ہو جائے۔

🔸 پہلا مرحلہ:
چربی والا جگر (Fatty Liver) — جب غلط خوراک، الکحل یا میٹابولک مسائل جیسے موٹاپا یا ذیابطیس کے باعث جگر کے خلیوں میں چربی جمع ہونا شروع ہو جاتی ہے۔

🔸 دوسرا مرحلہ:
سوزش (Inflammation) — اگر وجوہات برقرار رہیں تو جگر میں سوزش پیدا ہوتی ہے، جو Fibrosis یعنی نشانات بننے کا باعث بنتی ہے۔ اس دوران جگر کی کارکردگی متاثر ہونے لگتی ہے۔

🔸 تیسرا مرحلہ:
جب زخموں کے نشانات بڑھتے ہیں تو Cirrhosis پیدا ہوتی ہے — جگر مستقل طور پر خراب ہو جاتا ہے اور اس کی کارکردگی خطرناک حد تک کم ہو جاتی ہے۔

🔸 آخری مرحلہ:
اگر علاج نہ کیا جائے تو یہ جگر فیل ہونے یا جگر کے کینسر میں تبدیل ہو سکتا ہے، کیونکہ خلیوں میں مستقل تبدیلیاں آتی رہتی ہیں۔

Standing here at the CPSP Convocation in Islamabad, I feel deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey.

To my beloved mother, your endless prayers, sacrifices, and unconditional love have been my greatest strength. Every step I took was guided by your faith in me — this achievement is as much yours as it is mine.

To my late father, you may not be here today, but your lessons, values, and dreams continue to live within me. I dedicate this moment to your memory, with love and respect that words can’t fully express.

To my beautiful wife, thank you for your unwavering support, patience, and belief in me through every challenge. You stood beside me through long nights and difficult days, turning struggle into strength.

To my family, your encouragement and love have been my anchor — reminding me who I am and where I come from.
