*Acid Attack Treatment - فوری طبی امداد | ایسڈ حملے کی ابتدائی دیکھ بھال*

*گولڈن رول: "پانی، پانی، اور صرف پانی"*
*1. فوری اقدامات - پہلے 30 سیکنڈ سب سے اہم ہیں:*
-: ایسڈ لگے تمام کپڑے، زیورات، کنٹیکٹ لینز فوراً اتار دیں۔ احتیاط کریں، آپ کے ہاتھ نہ جلیں۔
- *ڈھیر سارا پانی بہائیں*: متاثرہ جگہ پر 20-30 منٹ تک مسلسل ٹھنڈا صاف پانی ڈالیں۔ پریشر والا پائپ/شاور بہترین ہے۔
- *آنکھوں پر ایسڈ لگے تو*: پلکیں کھول کر 30-60 منٹ تک پانی بہائیں۔ پلک جھپکانے سے روکیں۔

*2. کیا نہ کریں:*
- *بے اثر کرنے والے کیمیکل نہ لگائیں* - بیکنگ سوڈا، سرکہ وغیرہ۔ یہ ری ایکشن کر کے جلن بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔
- *برف نہ لگائیں* - مزید ٹشو ڈیمج ہوگا
- *کریم، تیل، ٹوتھ پیسٹ نہ لگائیں* - ڈاکٹر کے معائنے میں رکاوٹ بنے گا
- *چھالے نہ پھوڑیں*

*3. فوراً ہسپتال لے جائیں*
ایمبولینس بلائیں 1122 یا قریبی برن سنٹر/ایمرجنسی لے جائیں۔ ایسڈ اندرونی نقصان بھی کرتا ہے جو باہر نظر نہیں آتا۔

*اہم نوٹ:* ایسڈ برن جان لیوا ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ہر منٹ قیمتی ہے۔ فوراً کسی ڈاکٹر، برن سپیشلسٹ، یا ایمرجنسی ڈپارٹمنٹ سے رابطہ کریں۔
