ALHAMDULLILAH done with Total Gastrectomy under supervision of Dr Abid Jamal.

60years old Male having Hx of Naswar intake from last 30years having GERD from last 5 years had multiple Upper GI endoscopies, with the last one showed severe dysplasia of lesser curvature so planned him for Total Gastrectomy.
Intra-operative there is suspicion of malignancy so D1 nodal dissection done
