*Dr. Saria Bin Nasim Khan, Chief Executive Officer DHA Health and Population Department Nankana Sahib* paid a joint visit at DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib along with *Dr. Rizwan Mehmood, MS DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib* and administrative staff of same hospital today at 10:00am.

*Following Observations*
▪️OPD Block was inspected in detail.
▪️DMS, Consultants and other staff were present at their duty place.
▪️Most of the Medics and Paramedics were performing duty without Uniform @ Name tag
▪️Class-IV Employees were also without Uniform/dress code.
▪️ Cleanliness was not upto the level of satisfaction. Windows, Doors, Walls and most of the fans were dusty.
▪️ Washbasins and walls of washrooms required deep Cleaning. Mates were not available outside the Washrooms.
▪️B.P Ops and Thermometers were not available in each room of Consultant and other Medics but only available in Clinics and Wards.
▪️Walls of the BISP room required paint 🫟. Boxes of RUTF sachet were lying on the flour instead of rakes.
▪️ Most of the Segregation bins were dirty and required deep cleaning.
▪️Belt of Treadmill Machine (Running machine) was dirty in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU).

*Directions*
Directions were passed to the Administration of DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib for the rectification of irregularities which were noted during visit.

*Review Meeting of all DHMTs* DHA Nankana Sahib was held under the Chairmanship of *Dr. Saria Bin Nasim Khan, Chief Executive Officer DHA Health and Population Department Nankana Sahib* today at 02:00pm in meeting room of CEO DHA office Nankana Sahib.
DHO PS, DC IRMNCH, all DDHOs, SO IRMNCH, Entomologist, DSV, DSI, CDCO and IT Personals participated in the said meeting.
DHMTs explained their performance one by one.
Various agenda items were also discussed and decisions were taken in the meeting.

*Visit at MNHC Chander Nagar Tehsil and District Nankana Sahib*

✳️ *Worthy Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib Ms. Ra'ana Hameed* visited MNHC Chander Nagar along with *Dr. Rohail Akhtar Ch.,* Chief Executive Officer DHA Health & Population Department Nankana Sahib and *Dr. Hassan Iftikhar DHO PS* Nankana Sahib.

▪️Observations are as under:-
1. Dr. Waleed and other staff were present.
2. *Labour Room* was functional and all essential Medicines were available. USG Machine was functional.
3. Pharmacy was functional. Bin cards were displayed in medicine store.
4. Overall Cleanliness was satisfactory.
5. 02-Fire Extinguishers were available.
6. Lawn/Plots backside of premises required maintenance.

*Mock Exercise regarding Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness in Hospitals* was conducted under the Supervision of *Worthy Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib Ms. Ra'ana Hameed*, today at DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib.
*Dr. Rohail Akhtar CEO DHA Health and Population Department Nankana Sahib*, Dr. Iftikhar Mohay-ud-Din MS DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib and Heads of all allied departments were present during Mock Exercise.

*Visit at RHC Rehanwala Tehsil and District Nankana Sahib*

Time:- 01:50pm

✳️ *Dr. Rohail Akhtar Ch.,* Chief Executive Officer DHA Health & Population Department Nankana Sahib along with *Dr. Hassan Iftikhar DHO PS* Nankana Sahib inspected RHC Rehanwala.

▪️*Observations are as under:-*
1. Dr. Ali Shahbaz Naqvi, Dental Surgeon Incharge, WMO and other staff were present.
2. *Emergency Department* was functional and all essential Medicines were available. ECG Machine was functional.
3. Labour Room was also functional and essential Medicines were available in emergency tray. USG machine was functional. Oxygen cylinder, Baby Warmer, Emergency light and other instrument were found functional
4. Medicine store was checked and record was found correct. Bin cards were updated. Temperature was maintained.
5. Washrooms were cleaned but washbasins were required more Cleanliness. Overall Cleanliness was satisfactory.
6. 06-Fire Extinguishers were available as per SOPs and found functional @ expiry 30-06-2027.
7. Lawn/Plots required maintenance.

Directions were passed to the Incharge for rectification immediately and more improvement at health facility.

*Worthy Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib Ms. Ra'ana Hameed* along with Dr. Nida Assistant Commissioner Nankana Sahib and *Dr. Muhammad Rohail Akhtar Chief Executive Officer (DHA) Health & Population Department Nankana Sahib* visited RHC More Khunda Tehsil and District Nankana Sahib during Evening shift today.

*Attendance*
Dr. Ahmad Imran, MO Incharge and other Staff were present.

*Uniform*
Whole staff was in Uniform @ Name Tag.

*Essential Medicines*
Essential Medicines were available in all
medical departments.

*Emergency Department*
Medics, Paramedics and supporting staff were present.
All essential Medicines were available in the Emergency Department.
ECG Machine, Oxygen cylinder and other instruments were functional.
Patients were interviewed for provision of medical facilities in the wards and they expressed satisfaction.

*Dialysis Unit*
Staff was present in Dialysis Unit.
Dialysis were being done of the patients in the Unit.
There are 04 Machines which provided dialysis services in 02 shifts.

*Cleanliness* was satisfactory.

Visit was remained satisfactory.
Directions were passed for more improvement.

*Attendance*
Staff was present as per duty roaster.

*Uniform*
Staff was in Uniform @ Name Tag.

*Labour Room*
All essential Medicines were available in the Emergency tray.
Oxygen cylinder, Delivery Table, Emergency light and other instruments were functional.

*Soler System*
Soler System was functional but had not Backup power.

*Fire Extinguisher*
02 Fire extinguishers were available but lying on floor of corridor.
Exit gate of main building was functional.

*Cleanliness* was satisfactory.

*Directions*
Directions were passed for improvement immediately.
