A rare finding:

29th weeker, refered to SICHN NICU with pneumoperitoneum

Antenatal scan done at 29th week reported a presence of intrabadominal mass.

To treatment pneumoperitoneum, penrose drain was placed, neonate stabilized and contrast e***a done following a scout image.

X-ray abdomen (supine) followed by contrast e***a.
