Allhamdulillah successfully operated on a 12-year-old patient battling bilateral congenital coxa vara—a rare condition affecting both hip joints.In congenital coxa vara, the angle of the femoral neck is severely decreased, leading to progressive deformity, a waddling gait, and limited mobility. Operating on both sides at age 12 requires precise planning to realign the bones, restore proper hip mechanics, and protect long-term joint health before adulthood.
