Another story of injustice involving a doctor has emerged during the Fixed Pay MO interviews. According to the doctor, he has passed MRCP and also completed his FCPS training. During the interview, he was reportedly asked only whether he would go to Thera , and nothing else. Despite this, he was awarded only 8 marks.

رحمان میڈیکل انسٹیٹیوٹ کی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے بعض طلبہ کے کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹس اور ٹرانسکرپٹس پر ایسے ریمارکس درج کیے گئے ہیں جن سے ان کے تعلیمی اور پیشہ ورانہ مستقبل کو نقصان پہنچنے کا خدشہ ہے۔ افسوسناک امر یہ ہے کہ یہ وہی طلبہ ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے قانونی حق کے لیے عدالت سے رجوع کیا اور عدالتی فیصلے کے بعد سپلائی امتحانات میں شرکت بھی کی۔
ہم پرنسپل ڈاکٹر مختار کے اس رویے پر شدید تحفظات اور مذمت کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔ کالج کے بانی اور چیئرمین ڈاکٹر رحمان صاحب سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس مسئلے کا فوری اور منصفانہ حل نکالا جائے تاکہ طلبہ کے مستقبل کو مزید نقصان نہ پہنچے۔

ڈاکٹر عمران، جو کہ خیبر ٹیچنگ ہسپتال میں ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر پیڈیاٹرک سرجن ہیں، انہوں نے بارہ سالہ بچے کا آپریشن کیا۔ بدقسمتی سے آپریشن کے بعد بچہ cardiac arrest میں چلا گیا۔ لیکن افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ انکوائری رپورٹ آنے سے پہلے ہی سوشل میڈیا پر ڈاکٹر صاحب کی کردار کشی اور بدنامی شروع کر دی گئی۔
ایک آپریشن صرف ایک ڈاکٹر نہیں کرتا، بلکہ اس میں پوری ٹیم، مریض کی حالت، anesthesia، postoperative complications اور کئی دوسرے عوامل شامل ہوتے ہیں۔ کسی بھی واقعے کی حقیقت جاننے کیلئے پہلے مکمل انکوائری ہونی چاہئے، نہ کہ بغیر ثبوت ایک سرجن کو سوشل میڈیا ٹرائل کا نشانہ بنایا جائے۔
ڈاکٹر بھی انسان ہوتے ہیں، وہ دن رات مریضوں کی جان بچانے کیلئے اپنی زندگیاں وقف کرتے ہیں۔ تنقید ضرور کریں، مگر انصاف اور تحقیق کے بعد۔

ڈاکٹرز جو چوبیس چوبیس گھنٹے ڈیوٹی سر انجام دیتے ہیں، جن کی نہ وقت پر چھٹی ہوتی ہے اور نہ آرام، وہی ڈاکٹرز کورونا جیسے خطرناک دور میں بھی اپنی جانوں کو خطرے میں ڈال کر قوم کی خدمت کرتے رہے۔ اُس وقت تمام محکموں میں چھٹیاں تھیں لیکن ڈاکٹرز ہسپتالوں میں موجود رہے اور عوام کو تنہا نہیں چھوڑا۔

افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ آج انہی ہسپتالوں میں ایک منیجر کی تنخوا آٹھ لاکھ روپے سے زیادہ ہے جبکہ ایک ڈاکٹر کی تنخوا ایک لاکھ سے بھی کم رکھی گئی ہے۔ یہ کھلی ناانصافی اور زیادتی ہے۔

ینگ ڈاکٹرز کی جانب سے وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا سہیل آفریدی صاحب سے پُرزور مطالبہ ہے کہ ڈاکٹرز کی تنخواہوں میں کم از کم 50 فیصد سے زیادہ اضافہ کیا جائے تاکہ انہیں اُن کی محنت، قربانی اور خدمات کا جائز حق مل سکے۔

*CPSP Abbottabad Center – Where Are the Standards?*

Yesterday: 18/18 candidates failed.
Today: 16/16 candidates failed.

*What exactly are the passing criteria?*
If the standard is competence, then it should be the same across all centers. But such extreme results raise serious questions about fairness and consistency.

Every exam center must be held accountable. CPSP needs to review the passing ratios, examiner conduct, and marking process at Abbottabad center to ensure no candidate is being penalized for reasons beyond their performance.

Exams should test knowledge, not patience. Students deserve transparency, fairness, and accountability of selected center too.
