Supervisor – Private Room Suites
Town children hospital is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and experienced Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation and management of its Private Rooms
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the daily operations of private rooms
* Ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and properly prepared for patients.
* Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and administration departments.
* Monitor patient and attendant requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, discipline, and patient service.
* Handle room-related complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick solutions.
* Monitor room availability, occupancy, and readiness.
* Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities.
* Ensure hospital policies and procedures are followed.
* Prepare daily/weekly reports for hospital administration.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 2–4 years of experience in hospital administration, hotel/hospitality management, or a similar supervisory role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Ability to work in shifts when required.
* Computer literacy and basic reporting skills.
