50 years old previously operated for plasmacyotme L5 10 years back. Developed severe dorsal back pain with weakness in both LL for last 02 months. MRI shows extensive SOL T11 + paraspinal mass with retropulsion and cord compression.

Pt operated with decompression by Egg Shell Osteototmy (ESO) with cement augmentation and Pedicle screw fixation

16 years female presented with idiopathic scoliosis Rt thoracic curve of 95 degrees. Corrective surgery done under IONM Safdar. Post operative neurology as baseline pre op. ALHAMDULILAH Good correction achieved at Bahria international hospital Rawalpindi.
