So easy - just find the right point and give your weight. So grateful to my teachers for the easiness- and no „headache” 👌💜

Thai bodywork can be taken anywhere 🤩
All you really need is a mat… and the time to let your body and mind unwind at their own pace. AT THEIR OWN PACE is the important part 😉🙌🫶

The next opportunity to learn is coming this June in Bielsko-Biała (PL). Link in the comments 💫

Soft elbow on my tight shoulders is something I love 😍

The key is following the way the tissues naturally relax instead of forcing them 😉

The happy C6 vertebrae made my day last week and keeps making me smile every time I see this picture 😍

Last hour of the course today turned… experimental 😄
When tradition meets creativity, things get playful 💫😉

When more pressure is needed, we can just train some planks… on the client 😉💜

You wouldn’t ignore your car for years and expect it to run perfectly. Yet we do exactly that with our bodies 🥹

The tension doesn’t come from nowhere. It builds — quietly, patiently — over years, until one day your body asks you to finally pay attention 🚑

Therapeutic massage it’s part of regular maintenance — like the oil change you don’t skip, the check-up ✅ you put in the 🗓️

You don’t wait for your engine to seize before you service your car. Your body deserves the same logic 🙏

In the name of your body, thank you for listening 🫶💜

Flying often comes with a “bonus” headache from all that neck tension 😅

But the truth is, it’s so easy to prevent! Just a few simple moves, and your neck relaxes, your brain gets more oxygen, and suddenly you can sit back, enjoy the flight and land rested 💜

You can do it anywhere—even in a plane seat 💫 Instead of struggling with discomfort, take a moment… and give yourself a sweet relief 💆‍♀️✈️

🇹🇭 always grateful to my Thai teachers for countless amazing ways of working with the body 👌🙏
