The Facilitate to Activate project has officially come to an end 💙

Over the past days, we shared knowledge, challenged ourselves, exchanged ideas, built meaningful connections, and discovered new ways to create engaging learning experiences through facilitation. Together, we proved that learning becomes truly powerful when it is participatory, inclusive, and driven by people.

A huge thank you to every participant for your energy, openness, creativity, and willingness to step outside your comfort zones. You made this project a unique and inspiring experience 🌍✨

🔵🔴 The first day of “Facilitate to Activate” is already behind us! 🔴🔵

We started our training course with energising icebreakers, activities focused on group building, and an introduction to facilitation. 🤝🧩💬 It was a day full of first conversations, new connections, shared laughter, and creating a safe space for learning together.

The aim of this training course is to strengthen the competences of educators, teachers, youth leaders, and youth workers in working with young people through non-formal education, coaching-inspired methods, and creative approaches and during the following days, we will learn how to:

🔵 facilitate groups and encourage active participation,
🔴 build trust, inclusion, empathy, and meaningful group connections,
🔵 use coaching, reflection, embodiment, and creative methods,
🔴 support young people’s wellbeing, self-expression, and personal growth,
🔵 design engaging educational activities that can be used in youth work.

🇸🇮 HOPP is in Slovenia! 🌿

Our participants have just arrived in Ormož for the Agrukultura Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, where they’ll spend the next days learning about sustainable agriculture, exploring nature, sharing ideas with young people from different countries, and getting their hands dirty with practical activities.

It’s going to be a week full of new experiences, great people, and plenty of inspiration. We can’t wait to follow their journey and share more with you soon! 💚🌍

🎮 How to play:

🌷 Tulip: 1 honey point
🌼 White and pink daisy: 2 honey points
☘️ Clover: 5 honey points

Watch out for spider webs! If you fly into one, your bee will slow down for 5 seconds. You have 60 seconds to collect 100 honey points and win the game!
