A short recipe for plum cake:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add butter and rub with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Mix egg, vinegar, and milk in a small bowl.
4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and knead into a dough.
5. Roll out the dough, place the plums on top, and bake.
