Przez wiele lat siedziałam w temacie manifestacji i rozwoju osobistego. Zrobiłam mnóstwo kursów, przeczytałam chyba każdą możliwą książkę o tworzeniu rzeczywistości, manifestacji i pracy z umysłem. I największą zmianę w swoim życiu zauważyłam dopiero wtedy, kiedy zaczęłam pracować z własną energią i układem nerwowym. Jeśli chcesz zmienić swoje życie i nie wiesz od czego zacząć, zacznij od tego. Nie potrzebujesz teraz kolejnego kursu, coacha ani następnej książki. Zacznij słuchać siebie. Jak się czujesz, kiedy patrzysz na swoje konto bankowe? Jak się czujesz, kiedy patrzysz w lustro? Jak się czujesz rano przed pracą? Energia nie kłamie. Twoje ciało zawsze pokaże Ci prawdę o tym, co naprawdę myślisz o sobie i swoim życiu. Honestly… I don’t even know where to begin because this feels so surreal to me.

Many of you , especially my beautiful clients from the UK , know my story. You sat in my clinic chairs while we spoke about manifestation, dreams, healing, and creating a completely different life. I would always say:
