Urban Yoga Warsaw

Step away from the busy Warsaw streets and on to your mat. Yoga is a transformational practice that encourages the union of mind, body and spirit.

In Urban Yoga space Vinyasa Flow yoga classes and other events are lead in English by yoga & fitness instructor Kristina. It helps us to tune in to our body’s needs, rewarding us with a whole host of health benefits both mental and physical. As well as increased flexibility, strength and balance, it can also help with poor digestion, insomnia, anxiety… all sorts. With all these serious health benefits, you would think it’s a serious practice, but here at Urban Yoga, we believe life is for living and having fun is part of that.

Yoga is happening now.
Every moment is now.
Stay aware; stay connected.

Natural way to relieve period pain with yoga postures.

I remember when I was little, every time I had a tummy ache, I would hug my knees into my chest and soon after the pain would ease. If it worked when I was a kid, why not use it as an adult. Try, it works 🧡

There is a voice inside of you
That whispers all day long,
“I feel this is right for me,
I know that this is wrong.”
No teacher, preacher, parent, friend
Or a wise man can decide
What’s right for you - just listen to
The voice that speaks inside.

Remember that you are WATER.
Cry. Cleanse. Flow. Let go.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember that you are FIRE.
Burn. Tame. Adapt. Ignite.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember that you are AIR.
Observe. Breath. Focus. Decide.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember that you are EARTH.
Ground. Give. Build. Heal.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember that you are spirit.
Connect. Listen. Know. Be Still.

Because the “Earth” without “art” is just “Eh” 😜
